Excessive chillness at Edinburgh …
For outing, the temperature is 6.degC with light drizzle, to wear thermal long johns with usual pants, thermal tops with usual shirts & sweaters and on top of it jackets. Thermal socks for legs and gloves for hands. Woollen cap for head.

J.K. Rowling signed when she finished writing Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows in this hotel suite.
While walking, observed varieties of jackets and head-coverings on kids, women and men of all ages.
The Sun raises at 8:45 in the morning and sets at 3:45 in the afternoon. The wind and light drizzles make the temperature to feel colder like 3.degC.
