HIMEJI CASTLE …
A hilltop castle complex situated in a Japanese City Himeji.
Built in 13th Century, it’s the largest as well most visited castle in Japan.
An excellent example of prototypical Japanese Castle Architecture.
Standing 300 feet above sea level on an area of 575 acres, comprising a network of 83 rooms with advanced defensive systems.
A Well maintained gorgeous white colour magnificent aristocratic structure.
Known as White Egret Castle because of its brilliant white exterior and supposed resemblance to a bird taking flight.
It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site (the first in Japan)
Himeji Castle miraculously survived fire bombings in World War II, making it one of the oldest surviving castles in Japan.
