Walked to Shinagawa Station from hotel.
From there by train to Tokyo station.
And a 25-min walk to Palace from Station.
Visited IMPERIAL PALACE.
The Residence of Japan’s Imperial Family.
It is worth visiting for those interested in Japanese history & architecture.
Located in a meticulously kept gardens area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls in the center of Tokyo City, a short walk from Tokyo Station.

We had been disappointed because of access to inner palace is allowed only two days a year. Clicks of the outer Palace and surrounding areas shared here.
