இதில் காணப்படுபவை யாவும் வேத உபநிஷத் மற்றும் பெரியோர்களால் கண்டுகொண்ட ஆழமான விஷயங்களை, அருளாளர்களின் கூற்றுகளை சொல்லக்கேட்டும், பார்த்தும், படித்தும், உணர்ந்தும், அந்த உணர்விலிருந்து என் நினைவுக்கு வந்தவை. அவை யாவும் அங்கொன்றும், இங்கொன்றுமாக சேர்த்து எழுதப்பட்டவை தான்.
என்னுடைய அனுபவங்களை, சிந்தனைகளை, எண்ணங்களை, நான் அறிந்தவைகளை, எனக்குப் பிடித்த, என் உயிரோடு ஒன்றாகிப் போன, என்னைச் சிந்திக்க வைத்த சில பகுதிகளை, எனக்குப் பிடித்த சில ஆக்கங்களை உங்களோடு பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள இங்கு ஒழுங்குபடுத்தி ஏற்றியுள்ளேன்.
